Srappy I done gone and got myself in one battle, You can handle this one cant you, That damx Muttley done got me in trouble with LF, Id never have told a blond joke if it werent for him agging me on. well i had one dozen roses delivered to her work place. then after work i stopped by the fish market and got her favorite. a couple pounds of large prawns, for supper. as for me the ale thread had my mind all set for some good beer so i stopped and treated myself to 3 bottles of beer. let me see 12 roses 79 bucks 2 pounds of prawns 20 bucks. =99 bucks. my three bottles of beer 12 bucks. who got the better deal there?

went and got her one red rose for our first valintine married and a mushy card.got use 2 ribeyes and taters ,some mushrooms and aspargus,going to grill em up for us later.

I got nothing.....I had to work from 10am-11:30pm.<br />I get to see her tomorrow for 1/2 hour lunch. <br />My boss even had the nerve to ask me what I was doing with my girlfriend, for Valentines Day. <br />I told him....NOTHING, because he is making me work!

I got her some chocolate, a card, a pair of very flirty silk camisole pajama set, took her to dinner at a very nice Italian restaurant, reservation had to be made 2 weeks in advance to get a table. I got a green frog that dance and sing some Sinatra's song that I couldn't make out the words except for "I love you" at the end of the song. I spend way over a hundred to her 10 bucks.

Nothin' here too. She just started second shift today and I can't be home during the day. Can't even have a VD party with her. At this point even Ms. Deezy's sister is starting to look good.

Well, I got to see my girlyfriend today. It may not have been for a long time, but at least I got to see her. <br />I gave her some chocolate and she told me that she loves me. Now that is the best gift I could have got(besides a new fishing pole, that is).

Riddle me this Batman:<br /><br />Last night the wife made me my favorite soup and I made us a Cobb Salad. Since she has become addicted to the Food Network I am just "allowed" in the kitchen once and a while, and I must tread very lightly Anyway, she sets out some tomatoes, onions etc plus a nice new bag of four Hearts of Romaine things. While I am washing the romaine (I carefully pulled off each leaf and washed individually, wanting to make sure that whatever I did was acceptable), she looks over and says "There is much better romaine in the garage refrigerator". I say while biting my tongue, "Well this is the bag that you laid out here". Her, "Yeah, I know, but the other stuff is better." Me, "Well I already washed this and it looks OK to me". Her, "Sorry Hon, but I like the other stuff better".<br /><br />Of course it is Valentine's Day, so, although I am usually a glutton for more punishment, I quietly go get the other bag and start the whole deal all over again.<br /><br />So Batman (or LadyFish), WTF is up with that?

Hummmmm................er................let me think, I remember it brought a smile to my face...........lasted a while, I enjoyed it from start to finish, come to think of it that was the best damn dinner I’ve had in some time.
