I need help figuring out what I have, I bought this as a parts boat. The donor boat is a 1970 Glasspar 17-2

the outdrive sn:2701934

Its got a straight 6 the number or the black is 3921967

Model 160 drive, by the serial number. They were attached to a 160 6 cylinder 250 cu in GM engine. The cast numbers aren't Merc, there should be a metal tag on the block just above and aft of the starter.
