What does anc mean on a 2008 doral 190

oN MY 190 THERE IS A SWITCH MARKED ANC THAT APPEARS TO DO NOTHING. WHAT IS ITS FUNCTION.

Im guessn its the switch for your anchor light. Thats the white one in the rear. Nav would be both the front bow light and the rear white anchor light. I hope that sheds some light on the subject.. Bad ... sorry...
