Re: What does this test tell me? - UPDATE
Hello all, well I ran the test. Top right (#1 I guess) and bottom right (#6??) did not make a difference when I pulled the plug, all others did.

I know that this could mean Fuel, Spark or compression, which is the best place to start?

I also had a post in here earlier on not being able to go over 2000 rpm's and wondered if I had water in the fuel, well I put in all new fuel (not a seperator yet) and went out today, same thing. It was also dying when I first floored it from like 1200 rpm's, sounding like it got flooded type sound. So this is probably my problem I guess, not water.

Appreciate any advice you can provide. Also, what causes something like this, b/c it was running fine, and then this. I pulled those plugs and they look pretty soiled.

I will add that I am using QL77JC4 plugs. I just found out I should be using UL77V or QL16V plugs but havent had time to change them yet, could this be contributing?

Thanks, Scott
Frustrated in Mashpee
