How's your chest? I've had an ice pack on for 24 hrs and now I'm going for the heating pad. I also called in sick; injured this weekend in a boating incident.

Chest is bruised and battered. Going to have to strap it up due to some apparent cracked ribs !!!
Just got back from a mornings fishing as it is a great day here and also Canadian Thanksgiving. Hardly any fish but who cares !!!!
Heading out again in a half hour or so with the kids to do some late season tubing. What a bonus this weekend has been compared to the usual weather here at this time.
