What else do I need to outfit the boat?

So the broker accepted my offer on the 2003 Four Winns Deckboat I posted about the other day. I'll be taking it for a sea trial sometime early next week and have it for next weekend.

I went down and leased a slip at the local marina today and am now in the process of getting all the other "stuff" I need for the boat.

Here's what I've got so far:
1. Fenders (4)
2. Ski / Watersports vests for the whole family + 6 of the orange ones for guests, etc.
3. 1 fluke style anchor for the bow and a mushroom one for the stern. The idea being the fluke is the main one and the mushroom is just to prevent the stern drifting around.
4. 2 75' anchor lines
5. 2 25' bundles of utility line for the fenders, tying off to the dock, etc.
6. Small tool kit for the boat

Still to get:
1. First Aid Kit
2. Tube / Skis / Wakeboard, etc.
3. Ropes for the above

What am I missing?

#1 on your list is a proper repair manual!!!

I would consider real life jackets for kids and not the cheap orange ones.

Budget yourself for maintenance -
Impeller change
Tune up
Lower unit lube change
Boat Cover

Will it be trailered? Wheel bearing service.

Skiing requires
a flag to be raised when skier
in the water.
How about your attachment for
the ski rope?
You can get a pole, wake tower,
a good harness for the transome hooks?
When you get the G-string, pictures
will help us help you8)

Personally I think your bow anchor should have a minimum of 100' of line, I use 150'. 75' will limit you to anchoring securely in about 15' water max. But maybe you won't be in deeper water...

I would also hide a spare ignition key somewhere on the boat and carry a spare engine belt(s), a quart of oil. I would also make sure I had a VHF onboard if the boat is not already equipped with one. Don't forget to carry your registration with you (keep it in the same place as your spare key).

Make sure you have the "marine" type first-aid kit. They are waterproof and have solar blankets (not that you would need them this time of year)

did no one mention fire extinguisher? yeah, just make sure you have all the required items. everything else is gravy. after a few trips, you'll figure out exactly what you need/want to bring. In reality, if you bring everything we want you to, you'll have no room for people. d:)

A spare prop. Doesn't even have to be anything fancy. I think they sell the plastic ones for less than $50 just to get you home. Trust me when I say... not having spare can really ruin your day. Also on that note... make sure you outfit your "tool kit" with a floating prop wrench. They are cheap.

Ever since I started boating I've also had a large duffel bag that I've labeled "the boat bag". Everything that doesn't stay on the boat perminantly gets toted really easily back and forth in this bag. This includes but is not limited to: towels, snacks, stereo faceplate, GPS, portable VHF, boat paperwork in a plastic ziplock, change of clothes. Also keeps the boat tidy when everything is in one bag.

A boathook. Beats leaning out over the side. The one I bought was about $12.00, extends to 8 ft, collapses to about 4 ft. My wife liked it so much she bought one for the motorhome to deal with awnings and latches.

Good lists so far, I'll add:

Spare fuses
Zip ties
Sewing kit
Spare bimini strap stuff
Some light cord
Fuel filter
Heavy line for towing, being towed
Spare set of prop hardware in addition to the spare prop and wrench
