What else do you change when you change impellers?

I see a lot of info about changing water impellers on a fairly regular basis on Alpha 1 outdrives. I see only a few recommendations about changing out the shift shaft seal or oil seals under the water pump at the same time, but these few people highly suggest that these seals should definitely be changed for good measure.
Most of you have way more knowledge and experience than me, so I'd like your opinion.
What else do you change in your outdrive when you change impellers?

Thanks

No need to change the other seals unless you suspect a problem. The water pump housing/base are replaced (and the seals associated with them) as needed. The quad-ring seal (that seals the oil passage between the upper and lower units) is the only one I can think of that should be changed every time the drive is apart.

I get the kit and change it all. Good insurance and peace of mind in my book. Hate to have to open it back up a couple of months down the road over a seal leak that I should have changed. Plus the kit comes with the quad seal, and the drain and vent seals also.

If you removing the drive to do this check the gimbal bearing, U-joints and bellows really good. Check alignment before you put it back on.

I replace the full water pump, and shift shaft seals when doing maintenance on a new-to-me outdrive, but the simple impeller change is sufficient for several years afterwards.
