What Guage wire?

Hello, I am not very experienced with marine wiring, but am planning on rewiring my 22 foot Center Console. The boat has one 12v battery, and the wire lengths will only be a few feet long. What guage wire should I use?

it really depends on what you are wiring too....
is this a complete rewire?
what equipment do you installed

I have 4 gauges, navigation lights, bilge pump. No instruments

10 gauge from the battery to the fuse panel. Fuse or breaker within one foot of the battery. 16 gauge for lights, but bilge pump might be best served with 14 gauge. Fuse or breaker of appropriate size for all branch circuits.
