Jeez, this $#%^$ rain won't give me a break. I haven't been out since July 20th on my boat. I forgot what it is like to be on a boat! I am getting tired of taking it out of the garage to let it run from time to time, then having to put it away. Has anyone else on the East Coast noticed this terrible summer we're been dealt??

I'm surprised that Florida has been having a bad weather pattern such as this. It being a peninsula and all, the weather usually passes right by.<br /><br />I HATE RAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i'm getting hammered here also. since spring it has rained just about every day! i am so sick of it! "if" we get a clear day i still cant take the boat out, because the rain washes debris down the new river and into the lake. it takes a week just to clear out the floating branches from the lake, and we have not seen a week of dry weather since late winter. its depressing!

You might be looking at it the wrong way guys, if you do a rain dance, and get it to rain more, you might be able to just unstrap and drive it out the garage! <br /> Sorry to hear your having so much rain, we could use some here. In short, from an Ohioan that lives on the great banks of the eternally muddy banks of the great Ohio River....This Summer has sucked!!!! Raining right now even as I type this post. Only one or two good days to be on the river. Me and she herself got one. But, the memories of the red, white and blue bikini with little Mickey Mice on it still linger......BUMMER!!!!! I don't want to have lingering memories....I want to re-live them!! The rain Gods must be really peeved at us for sum reason. <br /><br />HMMMMMM.....jist wondering....you suppose the aleuns got sometin to do wit it?????

Got brown grass and dead wildflowers for lawn in northern Wis. Don't think we've had 3 days of real rain in 2 months. Rivers are down, launches are real shallow, weeds are up, water is thick, fish are sleeping. I usually have to mow the grass every 5-7 days. Mowed it once since July 12th. Weird weather.

My sump pump has been runnig no stop. And the wood is so swollen from the dampness that I'm starting to have a gard time closing the doors. <br /><br />I supose this is making up for last years drought. Although I thought that I heard the weather man say that we are like 2.3 inchs in deficit for rain. uh I'd like to know who comes up with these numbers probably some tree hugging wako.

Beautiful days out here. 70--80 on the coast. Gentle breezes just enough for sailing.<br /><br />Life is good <br /><br />Between the Recall, the Peterson case, Kobe Bryant and now one of the LA Sparks (WNBA) involved in some whacky sexual assault case, we've got Interesting news stories just in case you get bored.

So much for the rain - a few days without is and now the complaining is about the opressive humidity. I guess it could be higher, it is only 99% and in the mid 90's. A/C is nice now - if only I had time to get the boat out, but got to cut all the hay the rain made - yard looks like a field.

OMG!!!!!!! Looks like I will be out on her majesty tomorrow. Highs in the upper 80s and sunny, no rain till tomorrow night WOOHOOO!!! just hope i dont forget to do everything to keep her going.. been so long need practice LOL
