What is considered good compression on a 1966 100 HP Evinrude Starflite outboard?

I have a 1966 100 Starflite motor that was in storage for the last 40 years. I already know the impeller is shot and needs replacement. I did a compression check today and got a reading of 110 in all four cylinders. Is that considered good? The story behind the motor, is that it was bought brand new, and used only one summmer to make a trip from Seattle to Alaska and back. The motor was then flushed, and drained of fuel. When I got it, I added 5 gallons of gas and she fired right up. I ran it for about 30 seconds before I noticed no water was pumping. I wanted to know about the compression first, before I invest the money for the impeller and full service on the motor. Here is link with photos of the boat and motor.

All within 10% and over 100psi. That is excellent.

When you get it apart you'll want to make sure that all the little pieces of the impeller are accounted for (Assuming it's broken up). You don't want any stray pieces getting stuck in the passages.

Oh, and pictures! We need pictures! :)

replace all fuel lines with alcohol resistant lines, due to ethanol in fuel now.

Can anyone tell me the approximate weight of this 1966 100 Evinrude StarFlite, with Selectric Shift? motor? Im kicking the idea around about selling this little gem and installing a newer outboard. The boat is a vintage 1964 hombuilt boat. I dont know the weight of the boat, but it is 19 feet long and in made with Alaskan Spruce with fiberglass overlay. The boat is solid as a rock, and was stored in a tempature controlled enviorment for the last 40 years. A real barn find. This link has many additional photos, to give to a better idea of what im talking about. This boat and motor is for sale by the way for $3,800.00, and is located in Seattle. Still needs the power trim gone thru and reconnected, but thats about it. More deatils and the quite interesting story about the boat, and the builder, if anyone wants to know about it. Just ask. Im am also willing to negotiate delivery too.

The motor is original and I was told by the builders best friend that passed away, the boat was built in 1964. It sat for 2 years before he could afford the $1,250.050 for the motor. He bought the motor new in 1966, and he and his wife set out from Seattle to Alaska during the summer. The motor was then flushed, and the boat was stored for the fall and winter. The builder passed away that Febuary, and the boat remained undisturbed up until 2 years ago. The guys wife then gave it to his best friend, who took it and had it under cover the past 2 years doing nothing to it. He already had a 52 footer, that was taking up most of his time. Feeling guilty about letting it sit there, and slowly fade away, he sold the boat to me in August 2009, since I had promised him I would get it back to its original glory, and it has been nonstop getting her back together. All it really needed was to be cleaned, and repaint the top deck. The motor needs a new impeller and he regular service an outboard needs. When I got her home I added 5 gallons of gas to the tank and BAM!!! She fired right up.
