What is decarb and how do you do it

I have a 93 115hp Johnson 115TLETS and I have the Seloc manual and dont see anything about decarbing. I was wondering what it is and how I would do it on my engine. I would love to get a OMC manual but the funds dont allow it right now. Any info or links on how to do this would be highly appreciated.
