What is the best vinyl repair kit?

I've seen several threads about vinyl upholstery repair where responders state that "one of those vinyl repair kits" is the way to go to fix small tears.

Well, can anyone recommend a specific kit by name? And where is the best place to get it?

I purchased the kit that comes with a heating element. I repaired a tear in my hot tub cover that I can't see, even though I know right where it is. I was able to color and texture match and the kit was very easy to use. One use saved me replacing the cover.

Just a suggestion. Go to a large car dealership and ask who does the repair work on the used cars. That work is usually farmed out by a contractor who visits every dealership weekly.

If you find out the schedule and meet the trim repair guy..... you will find they are reasonable and do great work. They carry all the tools with them.
