i am going to check the price and availabilty on some electrical parts on this site on a parts request form and it requires the model. the parts i am looking for i may not discribe corectly but looks like a magnito and pickup coil under the flywheel.

OK. Another good place to look for a part numbers is the Mercury website, they have a parts express section. Just enter your motor's serial number, and you're all set to go. mercurypartsexpress
