Treat me as if I am new... I can not find ANY info on a new prop for a 1999 Mariner 40HP Jet 30 3 cylinder 2 stroke for a 20' pontoon boat. The existing prop shows NO markings so I can NOT find out which one would be BEST for maximum acceleration and top spped for a maximum of 8 people at a maximum occupency weight of 3,000lbs.

Did you look under the prop nut?A prop shop can measure it for you.
My guess based on some light research is a 10 or 10 21/2" pitch. Stick with larger diameters though be sure it will clear when installed.

I do not have any markings on it at all that is what is pi$$ing me off the most. The boat store is just giving me like 5 options... and really not to much knowledge on trying to sell them. Doesn't mercury or mariner have access to what was on this orginally? Apparently eeryone around my city just doesn't know and give questionable answers!
