What is this 2 prong outlet

Hi guys.. guessing this must be something the PO installed for charging a battery?

If so have you guys ever seen a connection like this? I can't find any information nor parts.. wondering if i can charge a phone with it.. but need some sort of cable/adapter!

Its on an 03 yamaha 15hp 2 stroke and located right next to the choke where there are two available slots with plugs in them.

Got a Yammie dealer nearby to ask? Possible a rubber plug used to cover whatever it is. Kind doubtful you can charge your phone.

What are the wire colours going to the connector?

Looks to me like the receptacle that can be used to connect to a remote mounted rectifier or rectifier/regulator to power lights or to recharge a battery.
