What is this boat worth?

I'm looking at a one-owner 1996 Sylvan Sport Select 19ft. Boat comes with 130 HP Johnson main and a 9.9 Johnson kicker. Also includes Minnkota Auto Pilot, Fish Finder (don't know brand or model yet), 2 Bimini Tops with total enclosure and traver cover. Boat sits on a single axel Shorelander trailer with spare tire.

Boat has been garage stored it's entire life. Guy is asking $12k which I think may be high (given the current economy) but I don't know.

What say you???

NADA lists the boat between $2895 to $3250 boat, cover and trailer. The outboard is between $1230 and $1830. Figure another $800 for the kicker, and it does look like the boat is grossly overpriced.

You should double check that I looked those prices up right. Check out NADA.com.

Sounds like an awesome, well-equipped boat though. I could see paying $8k for it.
