Hi everyone
I have recently purchased this Goldn Oldy in Perth Western Australia.
I cant Find any ID on it, I thought it was a Stebercraft but old Bruce Steber confirmed it wasn't one of his, A friend of mine thinks it is a Penguin Contender but we cant find any supporting evidence. The stern is almost a barrel stern unlike most of the boats of this era as most are straight sided.
The stern look like a early Swift craft or Ramsay ski boat but again cant find any anything to confirm its pedigree.
The boat was purchased new in 68 and has a 40hp Evinrude Lark X Electroshift, the owners daughter tells me that the engine has less than 150 hrs from new and its visual condition confirms this.
any help is appreciated.
Gus
