It does have a light socket but the pull knob on the left it just that a pull knob and then on the right has a on and off switch. so I am still confused on what it is.
Are you sure thats only a pull knob? A cig lighter will pull about a 1/4 inch in it's own sleeve. Did you pull it really hard? Maybe its corroded in place.
just make sure ya have a two other people there, one with a wood baseball bat to disengage you, the other with a camera because that could win big on AFV
but honestly the light/lighter combo I could see, as the center looks like it has the hook ups for the old push in and turn 1/4 turn lights like the old taillights on cars.
Yeah, I think we were implying that the "knob" below the socket IS the cigarette lighter. Give it a good hard tug (then pull on the cigarette lighter, too) and see what you come up with.
