I previously posted about this under another topic, mixed in with other questions and never really got an answer. I have searched and searched with no results. I was given a 3 blade stainless prop and was told it was a 19p for a mercruiser. It will not work on my alpha outdrive. The metal casing that surrounds the hub rubs on the flange of the outdrive and the shaft does not extend far enough through the hub to allow the locking washer to engage the splines. The splines do match the hub. here are the numbers on the hub:

35627
27414
19 35627

Does anyone know what this prop is, or what motor it might be for?

I'd offer this.. couple of ?'s.. your Alpha drive is?? A1? 2? The A1 outdrive shaft if I'm not mistaken is 15 tooth spline. some perhaps 13, most are 15 tho, if a prop fits but does not seat all the way, make sure there's not a washer stuck on the end of the prop shaft.. that's a spacer/washer than I've seen stuck, almost fused before, if you have an Alpha drive, that wont fit your prop in hand, it don't fit.. I wouldnt be so concerned to identify it, you don't have a prop that will fit your A drive.. count the spines and order accordingly. stick the prop u have on CL

Your original 13 X 17 is for an outboard. If you look up 17" and 19" for your 3.0 you will find the smallest is a 14"
these are Intended for a 14 3/4" gear case.

Your original 13 X 17 was intended for a outboard. !'m wondering if the 19-35627 Is intended for the old 3.7 Alpha one.
