What is this?!?! Wired to ignition.

I found this under the center console, wired to the ignition. I'm not sure where the other end goes yet. Looks like towards the back of the boat. I have a 1982 Sea Squirt 16' Center Console, I'm trying to clean out the mess.

A warning horn maybe?

Yep, it's a warning buzzer. If your running a two stroke outboard it will be for engine over heat.
