I don't know why this was moved from this forum... Sorry I am going to put it back. Anyway, does anyone know what this black box is under the dash of my 1988/89 Celebrity 180vb. I am referring to the box on the left of the picture.

Nothing, I thought the same thing. It is mounted there the vacuum formed black plastic is stuck to the aluminum plate and screwed onto to wood.

I have no idea what it is but....

Do you have any digital readouts (gauges or otherwise)? It could be an A/D converter for a tack or something like that.

Where do the other ends of that harness go??
