What kind of boat is this?

was told it was a 1980 18 foot cobia but thats all. Havnt been able to dig up anything else on it, can somebody please help?

Look where I've drawn the red rectangle. There should be a Hull Identification number there. With the HIN, you can find out more.

i looked for the HIN number in that area of the transom as well as all over the boat and cant find it anywhere.....?

Do you have bigger pics. Should start a photo bucket or tinypic account to host your pics, it's much easier than the forum.
