Depends what you want ....for instance that would be ok for shallow water spearing . We use a glass bottomed box ( actually a plastic fish tub with a repurposed tempered glass fridge shelf glued into the bottom ) to spy flounders and other bottom dwelling tasties that we then spear or drop a bait on its nose.
I use an inflatable because the buoyant bit is right under me as I lean over the side thus there is no rolly polly as with a normal boat .....the tri hull is a similar thing with a hard shell . They were a bit popular here a few decades ago and I still see the odd one about . A stable platform in flat water but not a great rough water boat .
