what kind of motor?

help anyone, i`m tryin to figure out what kind of engine i`ve got in my crestliner crusader..

what I have is a service book for OMC 222hp. the effect meassured is close to 176kw = 240hp? but when i look at the top of the motor it has OMC 200 stickers??

I do have serial number and all that, is there a way to find more info on internet somewhere?

Ayuh,... I'd Guess it's a SBC,... Posting your #s, the year,+/or a Picture would Help....

forgot the year, the boat`s from -79 so i guess the engine is too..

If you find a manual to download online some where please let me know I got the same engine in my 79 Reinell.

Look in the adults only section, you should find a manual there for free.

The last two numbers of the Hull ID # should give you the year "of the Boat" look on your title or on the upper port side of the transom.
