What kind of oil, and how much, for the lower unit 1995 Evinrude 30HP?

Can I use this kind from Walmart, or is it a cheap crappy oil that will cost me more in the long run?

The terms-----" oil / lubrication "------Always get many different opinions.------I suggest you look up the price of the lower unit parts and labour rate of your local service shop.-----Then the factory oil from your dealer will be the best option !!!
