1985 OMC stern drive 3.8L, v6. What kind of hydraulic fluid/oil do I put into the tilt clutch assembly on the outdrive? I've already put in some stuff for stern drive tilt/trim motors, cleaned the clutches, tested the motor (it works), just get a clicking from the solinoid. Thought maybe the clutch disc package was bad, but looks good. The motor didn't work, but took to a shop, had it fixed, it worked down, but not up, then just quit again, except for the clicking solinoid. Could the motor have just died again, too old, and I need a new one? <br />The drive moves up and down by hand easily, I greased the zert fittings also...so I'm stumped again.
