What lubricants are needed?

Hi, I just bought a 1956 Lonestar 18ft boat with a 1975 Mercury 650 outboard on it that hasn't been run since 1999. I am waiting on manuals to show up but would like to start gathering supplies ASAP. It has good compression and the carbs appear clean. What fluids and filters are there to change? Also, is there supposed to be an air filter on this engine? It does not have one, and I have a hard time believing it shouldn't. I am totally new to the world of power boating, and would appreciate any tips.

Change the gear lube, grease the tilt and swival bracket, it won't hurt to prelube the cyl. with a little fuel mixture ane start it
