The NBA sucks(Former basketball player so it pains me to say that)...There is only so much one on five you can watch...And don't get me started about the guys that hold the tops of their shirts you can read the name more clearly...You would have to be borderline retarded to not know who he is playing for...You do have a 50-50 chance I guess...

Orlando lost. I hope Dwight comes to the Lakers I really hope the Heat don't make the finals. But with the Celtics bonehead trades and now Shaq not being 100%, they're old and losing size left and right. I think the Heat and going to walk to the finals. I hope the Nuggets lose too. I'm scared of the Nuggets. Glad they're better without Carmelo. Shows teamwork > 1 on 5. Lots of random scattered basketball thoughts

But back to topic.
Chicago won on the back of Derick Rose, Boozer caved as usual. As a Jazz fan, I've seen it way too long and thankfully our hopes no longer hang on that guy. Indiana in 7. I hope I'm right.
The Heat wandered through the first half after a good showing by Phi, but ultimately pulled it out. King James ain't so much in my eyes. Bosh decided to show up for a moment. But, Heat in 5
Atlanta was a suprise to me. Orlando has Howard but until someone helps him, they will continue to struggle. Orlando in 6
Portland can't expect much more than Roy gave them tonight, Mattews (whom I love as a player) can only take up so much slack. Nowitzki and co. will win in 5

My bad

I like Hockey. I just really never paid to much attention to it growing up. It's a great sport, but for me, it was hard to appreciate until I tried to play it and played with someone who is really good. I have a friend who went up to some hockey school in Canada and played some minor league hockey in Russia. He's like 6'5" and 230+. The guy could hit a coke can with a puck from 20+ yards through obstacles pretty consistently and could skate circles around me at his size. It's a great game.

With that said, I'd still rather watch basketball because I grew up playing it and watching it as a serious fan. Not painting my face at games or anything, but I've been watching and rooting for the Lakers since the early 80's with my dad. Same with football and the Rams.

I hope the Lakers come to play today against Chris Paul and the Hornets. Some good games on today (Sunday)

Hopefully, The Miami Heat lose in the first round.

Shaq was a Laker for 8 years...Miami 4 (with his last year injured most of the time). He will be remembered as a Laker.

I was a fan of the Lakers growing up, mainly because of a neighbor named Jerry West from West Virginia. I may not be so much of a Laker fan anymore, but I'm still a Shaq fan. The Lakers took a pounding today, but I wouldn't worry too much.

I was hoping but I knew it wasn't realistic that the Sixers had a chance. Lebron usually chokes after round 1 anyway.

I think its going to be an OKC Chicago final.

Boozer is really their #4 scorer. Boston and Chicago in the eastern finals. That will be a good series.
