Laker Fan here, we are 0-2, It don't look good for us. The Heat made a good roster change this year and taking Boston to the hoop. Very happy for Rose of the Bulls for being MVP, not done since Jordan. Now the surprise for me is Memphis, but OKC was outstanding last game to tie the series.

I'm for Memphis too, some sorts. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Michael Heisley on his Merritt Sportfish in Dominican Republic. I was a friend of his captain and mated on his boat fishing for marlin off St. Thomas. He also lives here in South Florida in the winter. What a great guy and I wish him and his team the best.

I'm a Phil Jackson fan too, but against the Lakers this year. Not looking good for them!

I have a couple friends that are Bulls fans too, Swabbie. I would like to see the Bulls advance for them. Personally I'm not a fan of anybody really, I just like to see good basketball. I have to pull for the Heat. I'm looking for a big party to go to!

Phil Jackson deserves better. I loved what he said in the post game news conference.


Jackson then added a parting shot for NBA commissioner David Stern.

"I go out with a sour note after being fined $35,000 this morning by the league, so that's not fun having a feeling like I'm being chased down a freeway by them," Jackson said. "But, as Richard Nixon says, 'You won't be able to kick this guy around anymore.'

I knew the Lakers were in trouble when they had a tough time with a very mediocre Hornets team.

I don't think its a guarantee that Shaw gets the job.

Will be interesting to see if the Lakers unload one of the big men. Personally, I think a trade of Bynum for CP3 would be a good one.
