What oil and filter?

Sorry for another newbie question.

Volvo AQ131D

Oil filter on it now is a volvo 3517857-3 I am having a hard time finding this exact filter. Can I use a replacement type filter from an autoparts store? Which one? If not, where can I find these online? Finally, is there a certain type brand/type oil that needs to be used in boat engines?

get a AC oil filter & penzzoil 30w oil..
