Hi again
While working on my nephews engine I came across something I don't know.
Part 24 on the schematic in link.

What is it's function and what hoses should hook up there? There are two barb fittings on the valve.What connects there?
I see a hose coming from the carbs that I think fell off from there. And it still leaves 1 barb fitting open, what goes there?
