what pitch prop for my boat?

ok so i have a 470 with a soon to be sei alpha1 gen1 OD, and the boat is a 22' walk around, and its slow to get on a plane but worse slow once its on a plane, what is a good prop pitch for me? or prop period, i am not prop educated :facepalm:

You need 2 things to answer that question. What prop do you have now, and what is your wide open throttle (WOT) rpm.

well, WOT is about 5000, tach goes to 6000 but never tempted her to the max. current pitch is unable to locate

We need you to answer the stickys at the top of the prop forum.
Make a couple of light load test runs.
We need prop size and wot rpm and gps speed.

my current prop is too eaten up to read and cant run it, currently getting a new OD and the prop is busted. so i guess a better question would be "where do i start" for a prop pitch?
