What prop do I need? And how do I remove the old one? (Pics attached)

1985 Bayliner Capri (16ft). Volvo Penta AQ125A with an AQ270 outdrive.

I apologize in advance if these are stupid questions. This is my first experience dealing with anything prop related.

How do I get it off? Is a special tool needed to remove the prop? I took off the cone, but I cant tell what I need to do next.

And what prop do I need for replacement? I dont see any part number to reference on the prop. Based on the owners manual for the boat, I understand it needs a 14 x 19 RH. But is it a short hub or long hub? How many splines? Any brand suggestions?

if you have not pulled the prop every year for inspection and greased the shaft, it may not come off willingly. from where you are with the prop nut removed, the prop should slide off the shaft.

send your prop in to get reworked

and you are looking at volvo penta for a prop
