Boat 1989 Stratos 285 pro
Motor 1989 mercury xr4 150 with small foot and 5" Jackplate
Current prop is turbo 4x4 24 pitch
all i can get out of boat is 53 MPH at 5100rpm
what prob would be best and where sould i set the jack plate
