I originally was running no jackplate and a 27Shooter 4 blade prop on a older Ranger with a 150 johnson fastrike. my rpms were around 5500and my speed was about 60.5 to 61.5 my prop to pad measurement was about 5.5 .Then I installed a 6" jackplate and a 24 Raker 3 blade prop and have tried the motor at all different heights she seems to want to run low I've gone from 4.25 to 3.25 and it just isn't gaining what I thought it would on speed.I'm still around the 60 to 61mph mark want to hit 63 if possible what do you think I should try????
