What rails to get??

I want to add some rails to my 1971 13' Boston Whaler. Any thoughts on what to get or not get? Should I buy them from a local dealer or are there some good online places to purchase? I really have now idea how to measure or the best placement for them. I attached a picture of what it looks like now.

most whalers it goes down both sides and across the bow. i do not like the across the bow. i like the below in red, 4 inch high grab rail.

Thanks for the information. I think my dilemma now is the placement of the hand rails not interfering with the supports for a Bimini top. I am finding that it gets might hot sitting on the open water in full sun. I am thinking I will install the Biminis top first then make/design my own using the link provided in a previous message to this thread. From what I can tell, both the Bimini top and the hand rails mount directly to the top edge of the hull. Any other thoughts, please let me know. Thanks.
