What seals to replace?

I am replacing the seals on the prop shaft... the lube is milky and leaking out.

what other seals should I replace to ensure that lube chamber is waterproof?

you might as well get the seal kit you can find it on iboats
you will need a manual oem prefered ,
i usually buy the kit and have my mech do it he usually charges me 125 plus parts thats on a 150evin call around if its and option it may save ya some head aches

Lower unit work usually requires a specialized tool or two, and knowledge of the procedure and specific engine. Because you had to ask the question, you might want to consult a mechanic before doing anything ...
