What search light to buy

Hi, I am currently looking to buy a search light. I am not looking to spend over 200 dollars. I will mainly use it to entertain my two children on overnight stays on the boat. I dont like traveling on the water at night even if I have a light, so it wont really be used for that. I have been looking on Iboats and Ebay for them. I would prefer to buy it through Iboats, but I have quite alot of money in my paypal to use towards the purchase.
I have been looking at lights like this one.

Does anybody have any experience with this light or a light like this? Like how bright they are or If these light dont last more than a year or two then I will stick with a hand held light. Thanks for the help.

I would go with a rechargeable hand held. so much more versatile - boating, camping, hiking, 4-wheeling, hunting, search and rescue.

there are plenty of really nice high powered rechargeables on the market for not a lot of $

I currently have a QBeam that I use now. But there is something about remotes that my kids love. This would be more for entertainment than actual functionality. Although if I needed to use it I would like to be able to depend on it if I had to.
