What seat pedestal do I need for this slider?

I recently purchased a really nice bolster seat with a slider off of ebay for a really good price. I purchased a pedestal from iboats here to mount it on but it was not the right one.

The slider assy is a Garelick "EEZ-IN" The inner diameter of the large circle is 3-5/8" .

I found a 3-1/2 inch pedestal here on iboats but it has a smooth surface and I dont know how the swivel mechanism would engage a smooth pedestal and keep it from spinning.

Any suggestions or info on this would be much appreciated as I need to order a pedestal for it right away.

Also what height of pedestal is common for a 20' cuddy?

Thanks for that, I would need to get one of those black retainers as 1 is missing, but in that pic you linked to it appears I am missing some parts like the gear looking things on the outside of the tube? Do those come with a new pedestal? Also do I need a 2 7/8 or 3 1/2 inch pedestal?
Still thoroughly confused as to what I need.
