What should compression be on a '98 looper???

A guy is selling a '98 200, he's claiming compression is at least 125 on all cylinders. I've never heard of compression over about 90 or so on a stock looper, is he lying or am I just lacking in knowledge? (I know it can get that high if the idle reliefs are blocked, but he's claiming this engine is stock).

thanks

I got burned the last time by a guy who severely misrepresented himself and the engine, I don't want to repeat that experience. I'm torn between staying away because he's either lying or doesn't know what he's talking about, or going there and after the compression test only shows 90-ish giving him a lowball offer.

Take your own compression gauge with you and check it. On that mtr 90 is just about right.
