what size is my boat ?

hi, i'm looking to sell(through an ad) my older maxum but i am unsure of the length. Its a 1989 open bow with a 3.0 mercruiser i/o.. The title says 16ft, the marina i bought it off last year said 18ft, and according to NADA, maxum only offered i/o's in 17ft boats and up.I was thinking maybe the title was a misprint. Is there any way i can find out for sure?

its probably a 16.5 foot which in boat world means 17 feet. My boat states 19.5 but everyone calls it a 20 footer.
