What Size Motor Do I need?

I have a 55 lb. Thrust bow mounted, foot controlled trolling motor on a 20' Stratos bass/ski boat that is equiped with a 200 HP Evinrude.

I'm resigned to replacing my Trolling Motor.

Should I replace it with that same size or should I go to a 70 lb thrust?

The 70 will require that I replace my Trolling Motor mounting bracket and that could be a bit of a hassle.

You could get away with a 55 on an Allison but not on a Stratos. 70 minimum, I'd jump up to a 80 and 24v.
