What size motor is my boat rated for?

Hello-purchased an 1986 Cadorette Ski master- it came with a 70HP Force motor- Can anyone tell me what size motor this boat is rated for... I have looked at the tag on the transom and that doesnt help-Thanks

Hi- the boat is 16 feet... The transom width is almost 6 feet.. I did the formula and it says 80-90hp...but whenever I see a picture of another cadorette ski master, it has a much bigger motor on it- example-115HP.. Wondering why? Also wouldn't want to wreck the boat..
