I know this is an old topic, but my search on Google brought me here and since there isn't an answer I'll post one. The dust cover cap you want is the 1.98" ones. Fit like a glove!
EDIT - The question was answered. Measuring is the only way. You are assuming the trailer is still as built after 17 years. Also the boat is ID'ed, not the trailer.
