Hi everyone,I have a question noob question.I found this boat in an auto junkyard today, and was wondering if anyone knew around what year this thing is,and what size it is.I didnt see any serial numbers, but didnt get too close either, because of the wasp nests, but was wondering if maybe some of the parts would interchange with my mercruiser.heres the pics i managed to get,,

One of the back to kind of maybe get a round about year. The valve cover said 225HP on it,if that helps.

I am interested in the alternator, power steering pump and hoses, fuel pump ( as it has the glass bowl on it) but its mounted on the oppistie side as mine, and the exhaust manifolds(as they are through hull exhaust) Not that i am planning anytime soon to install the manifolds,or if i even do.If any of these will work on my 1977 Thompson Tri Hull w/400ci chevy motor that would be great.I can get all of the stuff for $100.00 if I pull the stuff, which i can handle that. Thanks in advance for the help,,,,odie

Not much will be interchangable, if anything. That distributor is automotive for one thing.
The 225 GM engine was used from 64 to 69 by Mercruiser. It's a 327 Chevy, and it's hooked up to a II drive. Almost nothing is available for the drive, and from the looks of the engine, nothing there is worth keeping.

Yep,thats got through hull ehaust on it,so my guess is that they put those down pipes on so it wasnt so loud, looks like to me that it will be under the water when the boats sitting in the water.
