Rhode Island just passed a law that mandates that you have your cat neutered at six months or pay a breeders fee of like a hundred bux or so....
There shelters were full too & costing way too much.....JK

In calif cats must be on a leash when outside, not that anyone cares or does it.

Also, Arnold took some heat for cutting down the time a cat must be held before sending to the gas chamber; from a week to 3 days, or was it down from 3 days to 1 day?!? Either way, too may cats roaming around now.

Like I said, it's a LONG story. Basically she threw a fit when I parked in "her" spot. (public street parking) Our driveways butted up against eachother and she was using mine to maneuver her giant SUV in a position it didn't need to be in.

Thus the nails. :D

Hey Oz, I had a neighbor like you, someone that was technically “correct” in her actions. By the time I was done with her she spent an estimated $25k out of her own pocket on atty fees over a two year period, and I agreed to let her off the hook if she would put about that amount in my pocket, too. She did. And the entire thing situation was a real whole lot of much to do about nuthin’.
;)

At the end of the day it ain’t about being “right”, it’s about being neighborly. And I encourage everyone to be neighborly, ‘les you push your neighbor’s magic button and discover you have a neighbor like me; someone that decides to make you their special project. Right or wrong, you do NOT want to be your neighbor’s special project.

Mix up some Rounup and Brush killer and spray his yard for him....that way he wont need to run the weed eater.

As for the cats...if theres a leash law in your town it applies to cats as well as dogs. I dont especially care for paw prints on my vehicles or my wife coming across cat excrement in her flower beds. Atleast the guy is taking the cats to the pound...if thats what he's doing.....the animals owners can go bail it out.
