First, I am not trying to sell here and apologize in advance if this post goes over the line in that respect.
After installing a rebuilt powerhead in my '88 115 L6, the old one with 2 low/no compression cylinders sits in the garage holding the floor down. Seems like a waste of good parts and I hate to waste or throw anything away, but I'm not sure what to do with it. I've toyed with the idea of having it bored/honed and rebuilding myself for a "spare" or even sell it as a rebuild. I wonder, does anyone know if there's a market out there for something like this "as is" and can point me in the right direction? I know most remans require a core, but the shop that I got the rebuilt one from did not ask for this one. Thanks,
Greg
