What to do?

My father wants to sell his 1958 Johnson Seahorse model QD19 to make room in the garage. It seems to be in fairly good shape, but I don't think its been run since the late 80's. Would this motor be worth repairing, or should we just throw it on Craigslist or ebay? Still have original owners manual.

I would offer it on craigslist for a couple hundred. . .as is. . .and see what develops.
