What to use for cleaning carbon and gunk out of heads?

What's the best thing to use for cleaning the carbon residue and gunk off the inside of these aluminum heads? Thanks

i am no expert but if i was faced with this problem i would probally use seafoam and a nylon bristled brush. hopefully someone will have a better idea than this

That'll work as good as anything. We use BRP Engine Tune.
