Guys,
My 2000 Larsons transducer finally gave up so I found a replacement and have removed the old one. Now what do I use to affix it to the hull. I've read slow cure epoxy but I see many people using JB Weld 5 minute hold 1 hour cure. What's the correct epoxy to use? Thanks in advance.

I used silicon ,wedge shaped slab , put edge of transducer on thick side of silicon wedge and sorta roll it on so as to push out 90% of silicon (yeah , bit of waste ) and any bubbles . Then you can "cheese wire " it off later if needed.
